Participants

Are you considering becoming a Participant in our exciting annual fishing event? We strive to make every event unforgettable for each and every participant.

For nearly 25 years, Fishing Has No Boundaries has been dedicated to making the beautiful Northern Wisconsin fishing experience a reality for anglers with disabilities.

Participants are able to bring their own watercraft if applicable, or will otherwise be assigned a watercraft staffed with a Guide and a Captain and accompanied by other participants. If a caregiver needs to be present with a participant, please inform us of such.  We also ask each participant to complete a medical information sheet that asks for information such as allergies, current medications, etc. (just in case of an emergency).

The cost is $60.00 per participant and $30.00 per Attendant, Companion, or Guest. This covers the entire 2 day event. This fee helps to cover costs for food and beverages, awards and prizes, commemorative items for the participants, fuel for the watercraft, the fishing bait, and much more.

May weather in Northern Wisconsin can vary and fluctuate greatly. We have had events with temperatures ranging from 40-90 degrees. In addition, being in a boat on the water is usually cooler and more windy than when on land. PLEASE pack appropriate clothing. This includes (but is not limited to) winter jacket, spring jacket, poncho, hat, mittens/gloves, scarves, long pants, long-sleeved shirt, long-underwear, socks, closed-toe shoes, etc.  We highly recommend dressing in layers for the event.
