Fishing Has No Boundaries – Hayward Chapter proudly stands as the very first chapter of the national organization, making Hayward’s annual event the true “Grand-daddy” of all Fishing Has No Boundaries chapters across the country.
Each year, FHNB – Hayward hosts a special two-day event on the shores of the Chippewa Flowage at Lake Chippewa Campground. During this incredible weekend, our dedicated volunteers come together to support more than 100 anglers with disabilities and their caregivers, creating a one-of-a-kind fishing experience built on inclusion, accessibility, and community spirit.
Participants enjoy evening meals, adaptive fishing equipment, and personalized assistance to ensure everyone can fully experience the joy of being on the water. What truly sets the Hayward chapter apart is the extraordinary level of community involvement. Every watercraft used during the event is generously donated by local individuals and business owners, demonstrating the heart and generosity of the Hayward area.
